Bachelor Degree or higher, preferred in Human Recourse Management or other related fields
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in HR Training field
Good communication, human relation skills, good networking and proactive
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Develop and implement KPI, competency and succession planning project
Design training course and ensure the effectiveness of training & development activity
Recommend appropriate training course and able to be the trainer
Record all the related activities
Prepare training report to submit it to the Labor Department
